Grief Yoga

Thank you for attending the 4th Grief Yoga class. Combining yoga and therapy can be very instrumental when moving through grief. By incorporating yoga alongside therapy, individuals can increase self-awareness, emotional release, and a sense of inner strength. Together they create a holistic approach to address the mind, body, and spirit helping you to navigate through grief, find moments of peace, and gradually move toward acceptance and healing
