Crystal Smith

GUEST YOGA TEACHER

After practicing yoga consecutively for about 6 years and noticing the positive effect it was having on my soul, I decided I wanted to share yoga with everyone I knew. I decided that I wanted to know more about this ancient practice & how I can maximize its benefits in my life. I enrolled in a yoga teacher training at YogaWorks in Los Angeles, not knowing how I was going to fit it into my schedule while working full time. I know that I am the kind of person that needs to be pushed, so it was a no-brainer and I would make it work. The training was life-changing for me and one of the best experiences of my life. My fellow classmates and teachers were some of the most amazing loving people I had ever met and I will forever be grateful to that experience we collectively contributed to. For me, my yoga practice is mine...It is the time I carve out and dedicate to myself and I want everyone to find this space in their own lives, either through yoga, or a passion that they dedicate to themselves. My main goal as a yoga instructor is to help others become more self-aware of what they need and giving them that extra push to trust themselves. Namaste!
