Group Therapy

Group therapy is to provide community connection that allows participants to share feelings with people who have experienced the same or something similar and alleviate the feeling of being alone.

Online or in-person, this session, harnesses the power of creativity and art making to support individuals in exploring, processing, and resolving emotional challenges fostering personal growth, self-discovery, and healing.

Yoga & Breathing Techniques

Encourages people to be in the moment, calm the mind, reduce stress, and provide a physical release of tension that can be stored in the body. Also breathing can reduce stress and anxiety and promote relaxation. Increase self-care.

IPV/DV Counseling

To support individuals affected by intimate partner violence. We aim to break the cycle of violence and create a safer and more respectful relationship. We also aim to address the underlying causes of abusive behavior and learn non-violent and respectful ways of relating to their partners.
