Grief Yoga

Combining yoga and therapy can be very instrumental when moving through grief. By incorporating yoga alongside therapy, individuals can increase self-awareness, emotional release, and a sense of inner strength. Together, they create a holistic approach to address the mind, body, and spirit; helping you to navigate through grief, find moments of peace, and gradually move toward acceptance and healing. Mental Health referrals will be given to individuals that are looking to move forward with therapy and yoga classes will be available for booking for those that would like to add yoga in anyway.
