Grief Yoga

Welcome and welcome back if you were here last year. Combining yoga and therapy can be very instrumental when moving through grief. By incorporating yoga alongside therapy, individuals can increase self-awareness, emotional release, and a sense of inner strength. We look forward to seeing you there. Referrals will be given if they are needed as well as breathing techniques you can do on your own.
